The staff were very cute and helpful, especially shah and mustafa. The location is perfect. Key attractions are within walking distance. The corner suite was great, i really enjoyed the space and the layout.
The breakfast was not great. The same food was served every day.

The rooms have a very clean feeling and everything needed is available upon arrival. Rooms are cleaned daily, towel service is provided without needing to ask. The furniture shows minor signs of wear, but it's generally well maintained.

The hotel provides access to a spa. I found this very convenient after a day of sightseeing. The breakfast area is maintained well. The hotel is located conveniently near many key attractions.

Breakfast offered a varied selection suitable for a short stay of four days. Options included fresh fruit and different types of egg dishes, it met expectations. Hot drinks are available throughout the day.

The breakfast was not good. The selection seemed cheap. i was disappointed that croissants were missing one day. He then submitted a review himself with top marks. i find THAT suspicious.

the staff was so helpful and kind. mustafa at the reception helped with transport to attractions. the room was really clean and beautiful. the hotel staff helped us with parking. the hotel is close to major attractions. they have a very good hammam too.
the wi-fi in the room was poor, it worked well in half of the room only.

The location was great for seeing main attractions. It made sightseeing fairly easy.
The bathroom was a HUGE disappointment. The shower had black mold in the corners and the shower door did not close properly (what a disaster!).

i got an upgrade to a quiet room with a balcony , and it was fantastic! the staff were so friendly and cute , always ready to help with anything. they even gave me a 2-day itinerary of places to visit , that was very nice!
the ventilation wasn't the best , i noticed a slight smell of smoke in my room at night.

the location is top notch , walking distance from many attractions. it is also close to tram 1 , a big plus for getting around. i could easily walk to most places i wanted to see.
