cheap selection suspicious activity
the location was acceptable, near tourist spots.
The breakfast was not good. The selection seemed cheap. i was disappointed that croissants were missing one day. He then submitted a review himself with top marks. i find THAT suspicious.

fantastic stay near main attractions
helpful staff major attractions very good hammam
the staff was so helpful and kind. mustafa at the reception helped with transport to attractions. the room was really clean and beautiful. the hotel staff helped us with parking. the hotel is close to major attractions. they have a very good hammam too.
the wi-fi in the room was poor, it worked well in half of the room only.

black mold shower door
The location was great for seeing main attractions. It made sightseeing fairly easy.
The bathroom was a HUGE disappointment. The shower had black mold in the corners and the shower door did not close properly (what a disaster!).

free upgrade quiet room helpful staff cheaper taxi
i got an upgrade to a quiet room with a balcony , and it was fantastic! the staff were so friendly and cute , always ready to help with anything. they even gave me a 2-day itinerary of places to visit , that was very nice!
the ventilation wasn't the best , i noticed a slight smell of smoke in my room at night.

the room was super clean , spacious , and very comfortable. it had a lovely balcony and a great bed. the bathroom was clean and well maintained , a great experience.

the location is top notch , walking distance from many attractions. it is also close to tram 1 , a big plus for getting around. i could easily walk to most places i wanted to see.

the hotel offers complimentary coffee and tea all day and night , very useful. they also provided free bottled water , which i appreciated. the location provides excellent value for money , for sure.
